There are various scuffs on the plastic, and some light scratches on the top of the case. Please refer to photos. There is a small tear in the cardboard backing behind her head. She has never been removed from her packaging. There are marks on the “Ariel” nameplate. She’s been displayed on a shelf ever since she was originally purchased after the doll’s release.
