- This cutlass sword is an exact replica of the sword used by the character Captain Hector Barbossa, who is featured in all of the movies of The Pirates of the Caribbean Series.
- It is an authentic reproduction made by Master Replicas as a part of the Walt Disney Showcase Collection.
- LIMITED EDITION: only 2,500 of these were made. As you can see in the fourth photo of a close up of the plaque, this sword is #1,351.
- The sword is made out of solid metal and has a finish that makes it appear to be an authentic hand forged steel blade with full tang construction. The hilt and guard are made out of dark finished metal with a leather wrapped grip. The display frame is made out of ornately carved resin with a fabric covered backing and a metal bracket for holding the sword.
- EXCELLENT CONDITION: no damage on the sword or the frame. Please note that both the sword and the display frame have “faux aging and weathering.”
- Photos show all four sides of the hilt and both front and back of the blade and frame.
- I do not have the original box and papers that came in it.
- Warning: even though this is not a real weapon, it is definitely NOT A TOY and should be kept away from children.

- The shipping cost is high because the sword and the frame weighs over 9 pounds and that’s not including the box with all the packing materials. Since it is so long and heavy, it will require a lot of extra cardboard to reinforce the box to make it more sturdy in order to adequately protect it. Plus the shipping cost gets significantly higher on packages over 20 inches, the box for this is 48 inches long.
- SAFE SHIPPING GUARANTEE: no risk for you. You will receive a refund for any items damaged during shipping. Or for packages lost or stolen during shipping.
- My shipping cost might be a slightly higher than others because I use larger boxes with plenty of room around the item(s) for extra bubble wrap and packing materials to insure that your purchase makes it safely to you. For large or heavy items, I use extra cardboard to reinforce the walls of the box. Unfortunately, the larger boxes and extra packing materials weigh more and make the shipping costs higher than someone else who does the bare minimum and doesn’t give refunds for damaged items. I do NOT add a “handling” fee.
